• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with shared phone call
• Split role: 75% clinical and 25% administrative leadership
• Must have 2+ years of experience leading primary care physicians
• Responsibilities include provider performance evaluation and hiring
• Budget management and value-based care experience highly valued
• On-site services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Patient census of 20 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• Board-certified geriatrician required; DEA required
