Overview
Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing care for adults and adolescents with a range of mental health conditions. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments
• Diagnose and manage psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nurses, and community resources
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Active Arizona NP license or eligibility for Arizona licensure
• Current DEA registration, as required
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
