Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Value-Based Care (Garland, TX)

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Garland, TX. You’ll provide continuity-focused primary care for adults 18 and older, managing both acute and chronic conditions while coordinating care with specialists. Our model emphasizes prevention, strong patient-provider relationships, and measurable quality outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Deliver patient-centered care, including comprehensive initial assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals
• Refer patients to specialists when advanced or complex care is needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow-up and clear communication
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to help keep the clinic schedule on track

Who you are

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Board Eligible candidates must be within five years of residency completion
• At least one year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Active Texas medical license and a DEA license in good standing
