• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with no weekend clinical hours
• Phone-based call shared among the group for excellent work-life balance
• Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in an outpatient setting
• Small patient panel allows for meaningful, relationship-based care
• On-site diagnostics include ultrasound, digital X-ray, echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Hospital-employed position with full clinical and administrative support
• Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
