Join a rapidly expanding, hospital-employed cardiology practice positioned for significant market dominance in the Florida Panhandle. Located in Crestview—just minutes from the pristine white sands of Destin and 30A—North Okaloosa Medical Center is seeking an experienced, growth-minded Interventional Cardiologist (1–3 years post-fellowship) to anchor a high-demand, 100% employed cardiovascular service line.

Position Highlights

  • High Earning Potential: Base salary with wRVU incentives paying above MGMA percentiles, backed by top-tier local wRVU volume (up to 90th percentile).   • Turnkey Practice & Deep Referral Base: Immediate volume driven by local employed PCP networks, direct sister-hospital access (Santa Rosa), strong independent physician referral channels, and comprehensive APP and AI-scribe operational support.
  • Quality & Performance Standards: ACC Accredited Chest Pain Center with stellar average door-to-balloon times and dedicated ED administration support.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology (Fellowship required).
  • 1 to 3 years of clinical practice experience (no new grads).
  • Active Florida medical license preferred.
  • Scope of practice includes left/right heart caths, interventions, temp pacers, loop recorders, balloon pumps, and general non-structural cardiology management.
