• M-F, 8 hr days -- start time between 6 am - 10 am -- 35 GWW
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities
• New grads okay -- Level II fieldwork experience required
• LTC or rehab experience required
• Active state license required
