• Monday - Friday schedule, generally 8 am - 5 pm with flexible scheduling options
• Expected patient volume of 17 - 24 patients per day with appointment flexibility
• Minimal call burden averaging approximately one call period per month
• Productivity-based incentive paid quarterly with competitive base compensation
