• Monday - Friday schedule, generally 8 am - 5 pm with schedule flexibility available
• Average of 17 - 24 patients per day with 15- and 30-minute appointment templates
• Call averages approximately one period per month, related to physician's own patient panel
• Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives paid quarterly
• Sign-on and relocation assistance available; negotiable based on candidate needs
