• Monday - Friday schedule with a 4.5-day work week
• Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered
• Low patient census with no more than 8 patients
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners in a team-based care model
• SNF and outpatient clinic experience required
• Academic medical center affiliation with fellowship and residency programs
• All necessary equipment provided for geriatric population care
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine required
