Job Summary:

The New England Heart and Vascular Institute at CMC is seeking an experienced heart failure advanced practice provider to join their team in Manchester, New Hampshire. This would be an employed opportunity with HCA Healthcare.

 

Qualified Candidates:

• Advanced Practice Providers must be board certified in their field
• Must be able to obtain a New Hampshire license prior to start
• Advanced heart failure experience required
