Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician — Flexible Schedule, No Call, Skilled Nursing Care

Join a team delivering high-quality care to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Pratt, Kansas. This part-time role offers exceptional schedule flexibility, a collaborative practice setting, and a chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients. You’ll work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants, providing hands-on patient care while offering clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

What the role looks like

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities (typically 1–2 days per week at each site)
• No fixed start or end times—build a schedule that fits your life
• No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities
• Expect about 18–25 patient visits per day
• Company-supplied iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply

• Primary opening: Pratt, Kansas

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO with an active unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
