Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/PA - Flexible Shifts, No Nights/Call, Up to $50K Retention Bonus

Join a growing team dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Baxter Springs, Kansas. We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults and thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting.

What the role looks like

• Full-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling to fit your life.
• Full-time shifts are six hours, with rounds typically starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and support overall resident well-being.
• Chart efficiently using a streamlined EHR that includes an AI scribe and voice dictation; we provide an iPad with LTE.
• Clinical decision support is available through UpToDate®.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
