Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care in Burgaw, NC | Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Nights, Up to $50k Retention

We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working collaboratively to improve the health and quality of life for residents in a team-based setting.

What to expect

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call duties
• Daily rounds to evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions, write prescriptions, and develop treatment plans
• Efficient documentation via a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for charting and communication
• Access to UpToDate® for up-to-the-minute clinical guidance

Who we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute settings preferred
