Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/PA - Skilled Nursing, No Nights/Call, Competitive Pay & Bonuses

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities throughout Ayer, Massachusetts, as part of a collaborative, team-based clinical group. Opportunities also available in Illinois, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Schedule and Logistics

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Typical shifts: six hours per facility; rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities
• Company-provided iPad with LTE, lab coat, and streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation
• Access to UpToDate® for clinical decision support

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings
• Assess and manage acute and chronic conditions for older adults
• Prescribe medications and implement treatment plans
• Coordinate care with facility staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient encounters efficiently using provided EHR tools

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Relevant board certification (e.g., ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA)
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
