Job Description
North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida, is seeking an experienced General Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting in a high-volume surgical clinic conveniently located near the hospital campus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent outpatient care while supporting efficient clinic operations and patient flow.
- Manage pre-operative evaluation processes.
- Deliver comprehensive wound care and pain management.
- Support continuity of care for post-operative patients through ongoing evaluation, treatment, and follow-up.
- Deliver outpatient care in our surgical clinic conveniently located near the hospital; with hospital rounding support rarely required and only on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- Experienced providers and new grads are welcome to apply.
- Active Florida license or eligibility required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume surgical practice.
