Job Summary:

HCA FL Blake Hospital is seeking an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider to join our practice in Bradenton, Florida

Qualified Candidates:

• Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
• BLS, ACLS/PALS certification
• 1- 3 years orthopedic advance practice provider experience preferred
