Family Medicine Physician - Adult Primary Care in Auburn, NY | $250K, M-F, Supportive Team

We’re looking for a committed Family Medicine physician to join our adult primary care team in Auburn, NY. If you value continuity of care, an efficient clinic workflow, and working with a supportive clinical team, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to an adult outpatient panel
• Manage both acute and chronic conditions with sound clinical decision-making
• Maintain an efficient schedule with roughly 15-minute appointment slots
• Collaborate closely with nurses and support staff to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care
• Use our EMR for documentation, care coordination, and follow-up

Typical schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Weekly on-call rotation

• Base salary: $250,000 annually

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Minimum two years’ clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Comfortable managing a high-volume panel while delivering high-quality care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
