Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Littleton, NH (Full-Time; $110-130K; Ortho Experience & Trigger Point Injections)

We’re looking for a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established, collegial practice in Littleton, NH. If you have orthopedic experience and are comfortable performing trigger point injections, you’ll fit right in with our team caring for patients across the spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions.

Day-to-day you will

• Evaluate patients and review medical histories to diagnose orthopedic issues such as fractures, sprains, and arthritis
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (x-rays, MRI, labs)
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans - medical management, physical therapy, or referral for surgery when indicated
• Perform procedures, including trigger point injections and participate in surgical care as part of the team (arthroscopy, fracture care, joint procedures)
• Prescribe and monitor rehabilitation programs and educate patients on injury prevention and long-term musculoskeletal health
• Collaborate closely with physical and occupational therapists and other providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring clinicians

Requirements

• Current, valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• New Hampshire license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
