Orthopedic PA/NP - $110K-$130K, Relocation, Loan Repayment & CME in Scenic Littleton NH

Join an established orthopedic team in Littleton, NH as a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. We’re looking for someone with solid orthopedic experience - including trigger point injections - who enjoys hands-on patient care and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate patients, review medical histories, and diagnose common orthopedic conditions (fractures, sprains, arthritis, etc.).
• Order and interpret imaging and labs (x-rays, MRI, blood work).
• Develop and manage treatment plans that may include medications, physical therapy, injections, or referral for surgery.
• Perform procedures and assist with or manage perioperative care (including fracture care, arthroscopy, joint replacement follow-up).
• Prescribe and monitor rehabilitation programs and educate patients on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, surgeons, and other providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP license; New Hampshire licensure required.
• DEA registration.
• Orthopedic clinical experience required, including proficiency with trigger point injections.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $110,000-$130,000.
