General Neurology Physician (Hospital-Employed) - Littleton, NH - Visa Sponsorship & EMG-Friendly

You will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neurological conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This hospital-employed General Neurology/Neurophysiology position offers the opportunity to join and expand an established program alongside one other neurologist.

Compensation and employment

• Competitive salary range: $400,000-$450,000+ (DOE)

Core responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient neurological care
• Lead clinical decision-making and coordinate multidisciplinary management plans
• Contribute to program growth, quality improvement, and community outreach
• Perform or oversee neurophysiologic testing as indicated (EMG experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology
• Active or obtainable New Hampshire medical license
• EMG training/experience preferred but not required
