Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician - Skilled Nursing (Florence, WI)

Join a collaborative team providing compassionate, patient-focused care to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Florence, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive practice environment, and the chance to lead clinical care alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. You’ll provide oversight and hands-on care for post-acute and long-term care patients while helping shape high-quality, patient-centered services across assigned facilities.

What the role looks like

• Part-time coverage at local skilled nursing facilities - physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
• No fixed daily start or end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities
• A typical day includes 18-25 visits
• Work closely with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants while providing clinical leadership and oversight
• Flexible schedule that supports an excellent work-life balance
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
