Locums CRNA - Weekday Days (No Call/No Weekends) - Wellington, FL

A well-equipped Wellington facility is seeking an experienced Locum CRNA to join its anesthesia team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule (no call, no weekends) in a modern surgical environment with a broad case mix and strong support staff.

Schedule and Logistics

• Monday-Friday start at 7:00 AM
• Shift options: 5x8s or 4x10s
• No call and no weekend requirements
• EMR: Cerner

Facility Overview

• 235-bed hospital with:
  • 9 main ORs
  • 2 endoscopy suites
  • 1-2 interventional radiology rooms
  • 4 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)
• Average monthly case volume: ~1,200
• OB deliveries: ~200/month

Case Mix

• General surgery (hernia, appendectomy, cholecystectomy)
• Orthopedics (knee, hip)
• Robotics (including robotic TAH)
• OB/GYN, GU, endoscopy
• Interventional radiology, neuro, bariatrics, vascular
• No cardiac, trauma, or pediatric cases

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia across a variety of procedures
• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-anesthesia
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams
• Maintain patient safety and follow clinical protocols
• Accurately document care in the EMR

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified CRNA
• Active Florida license
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
