Family Nurse Practitioner - Bisbee, AZ (Up to $144K + Benefits)

We’re looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bisbee, AZ. In this role you’ll deliver and manage high-quality primary care for adult patients, working collaboratively to provide comprehensive, evidence-based services tailored to each patient’s needs.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of acute and chronic conditions in adults.
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate follow-up, referrals, and preventive care.
• Perform procedures and prescribe medications within the scope of your certification and state regulations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, educating them about conditions, treatment options, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and contribute to a supportive clinic environment.

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Arizona NP license
• Board certification in the relevant specialty
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required if requesting mileage reimbursement
• Two years of clinical experience preferred
