Medical Director / Attending Physician - Flexible Schedule, No Nights/Call, High Compensation (Evansville, IN)

Join a close-knit team providing high-quality medical care to residents of skilled nursing facilities throughout Evansville, Indiana. In this full-time role you’ll serve as the Medical Director/Attending Physician, working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care and provide clinical oversight across assigned facilities. This position emphasizes collaboration, flexible scheduling, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in post-acute and long-term care.

What the day-to-day looks like

• Typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week with no fixed start or end times - shift timing is flexible to fit your routine.
• No call duties and no overnight shifts.
• Expect to complete about 18-25 patient visits per day.
• You’ll guide clinical care, support advanced practice clinicians, and ensure quality outcomes across the buildings you oversee.
• Company-provided iPad with LTE makes documentation and communication efficient.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with an unrestricted U.S. medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
• Strong communicator with leadership skills and sound clinical judgment.
