Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing (Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Nights/Call, Competitive Pay & Bonuses)

We’re expanding our team in Lacon, IL and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join us in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities. If you enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting and want a role with predictable daytime hours and strong support, this could be a great fit.

What the role looks like

• Full-time positions with flexible schedules - typical rounds are six-hour facility shifts starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities
• Daily rounds managing acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications
• Efficient documentation supported by a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred, but not required
