Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing, Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Overnight Call

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Cahokia and Hillsboro, IL. Seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a collaborative, team-based practice focused on older adults’ acute and chronic care management.

Locations

• Primary: Cahokia and Hillsboro, Illinois
• Additional nationwide opportunities: MA, MI, NH, NC, OH, WI

Schedule and clinical duties

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Standard six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Daily rounds; evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Efficient documentation using streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate® for clinical decision support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board certification (e.g., ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Preferred: experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care
