Location: Boston, MA
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (no nights, no weekends)
- Compensation: $120/hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient neurology consultations and comprehensive neurological assessments
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological conditions
- Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with neurologists and the multidisciplinary team
- Order and interpret labs and imaging studies
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in care
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current Massachusetts NP or PA license, as applicable
- Current national certification appropriate to discipline (e.g., ANCC, AANP, NCCPA)
- 1-2 years neurology or related inpatient clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in neurological examination and strong clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
