Outpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP/FNP) - Established Family Practice, No Call, Flexible Schedule - Paterson, NJ

You’ll work in a large, independent facility with a loyal patient base, a supportive team, and room to grow - so you can concentrate on providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is a 100% outpatient role with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or on-call responsibilities - ideal for achieving a great work-life balance. We offer flexible scheduling (full- or part-time) and optional Saturday coverage if you want extra hours.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
• Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active or eligible for New Jersey NP licensure
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• A commitment to compassionate, family-centered pediatric care

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary range: $120,000-$140,000 annually (based on experience)
