Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Outpatient Practice, North Bergen/NJ

Join a community-focused pediatric practice delivering high-quality care to children and families across Central and Northern New Jersey. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position based primarily in our Perth Amboy office, with optional coverage at our North Bergen location.

Clinical Role

• Outpatient pediatric care with hospital rounding on newborns approximately every six weeks.
• No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required.

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day work week.
• Every-other-Saturday rotation; the week you work Saturday you receive one weekday off.

Patient Population

• Large Hispanic community - Spanish-speaking clinicians strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active or eligible New Jersey license.

• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
