Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Value-Based Primary Care for Geriatric & Medically Complex Patients (Tucson, AZ)

Join a collaborative team in Tucson where you’ll deliver comprehensive, value-based primary care to medically complex and geriatric patients. We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician who values preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and measurable quality outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Provide longitudinal primary care for institutional and medically complex patients.
• Practice within a value-based care model that emphasizes preventive medicine, quality metrics, and care coordination.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to manage chronic conditions and support post-acute, SNF, and long-term care needs.
• Use strong clinical judgment and communication skills to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $211,369
• Total potential compensation up to $317,053
• $30,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience with geriatric, post-acute, SNF, LTC, or medically complex populations preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
