Family/Internal Medicine Physician - ISNP, $30K Sign-On, Value-Based Geriatric Care in Tucson

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to deliver comprehensive primary care to Institutional Special Needs Plan members across Tucson, Arizona.

Role overview
Provide value-based primary care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and care coordination for medically complex and geriatric patients. You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside an interdisciplinary care team.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $211,369-$317,053

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience with geriatric, post-acute care, SNF/LTC, or medically complex populations preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to collaborate within a team
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
