OB/GYN Hospitalist - $300K-$340K, Flexible Schedule, Sun City West AZ

• Practice as an OB hospitalist, ensuring every patient who presents to the hospital receives experienced, timely care.
• Work closely with community obstetricians while enjoying autonomy and fewer administrative burdens.
• Maintain a predictable lifestyle: typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off), with no office management duties or traditional on-call demands.

Location

• Primary opening in Sun City West, Arizona, with additional opportunities across Gilbert, Glendale, Queen Creek, Show Low, and Tucson if you’re open to other sites.

Compensation and schedule

• Competitive base salary: $300,000-$340,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling and potential for shift-related bonuses.

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing full-spectrum inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communicator who thrives in team-based, patient-centered care
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
