Job Description
Join an established outpatient primary care practice in Lawrence, MA as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO). This full-time opportunity offers a supportive team environment and a diverse, all-ages patient panel.
Position details
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Average 14-16 patients per day
- Call schedule: to be determined
- EMR: MediTech
- Spanish-speaking clinicians preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Visa sponsorship available for J-1 and H-1B candidates
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible (IM or FM)
- Active MA medical license or eligibility and valid DEA
- Eligible for hospital privileges
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Proficient with EMR and clinical documentation
Compensation & benefits
- Salary range: $260,000-$290,000 plus incentives
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, retirement, CME allowance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and PTO
