Family Medicine Physician - Full-Time FQHC Role in Gardner, MA with $180-210K + Benefits

Federally Qualified Health Center serving 36 communities in North Central Massachusetts seeks a full-time Family Medicine Physician for the greater Gardner, MA area. This multi-site, non-profit center provides urgent care; primary family and pediatric care; preventive and restorative dental care including oral surgery; behavioral health for children and adults; substance use disorder treatment; and specialties including optometry/optical shop, acupuncture, nutrition, and podiatry.

Compensation

• $180,000-$210,000 depending on experience

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Current Massachusetts medical license (Board of Registration in Medicine)
• Current DEA and DEA-X registration and Massachusetts controlled substance licensure
• ACLS or CPR/AED certification
• Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges at facilities used by the center
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
