Family Medicine/Med-Peds Physician - Outpatient, Team-Based Practice in Amherst/Northampton (FT, $220-250k + Bonus, Leadership Option)

Join an established, interdisciplinary practice serving patients in both Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts. You’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient care with strong clinical and administrative support - and the chance to take on a Medical Director role if you’re interested in leadership.

• A collaborative team of primary care physicians, psychiatrists, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and health coaches
• Team-based, evidence-driven care that integrates physical, behavioral, and preventive health

The opportunity

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine or Med/Peds position, practicing across Amherst and Northampton
• Base salary $220,000-$250,000 plus a 30-40% productivity-based bonus
• Potential to serve as Medical Director for those interested in leadership

Ideal candidate

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Active or eligible DEA registration
