Locums CRNA - Level I Trauma Center (Richmond, VA) | High-Acuity, Flexible 8/10/12-hr Shifts

Join a busy Level I Trauma Center in Richmond as a Locums CRNA and bring your skills to a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment. This role suits a provider who’s comfortable managing emergent cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and adapting to a flexible shift schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical procedures, including trauma and emergency cases
• Perform thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate
• Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other team members to coordinate care
• Follow clinical protocols, prioritize patient safety, and keep accurate, timely documentation

Shift & setting:

• Hospital-based, inpatient anesthesia services at a high-volume Level I Trauma Center
• Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program and CRNA certified
• Active Virginia CRNA license or the ability to obtain one
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in trauma or other high-acuity settings is preferred
• Willingness to work varied shift lengths and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
