Locums OB/GYN Physician - Alpena/Midland, MI (Weekday Clinic + Procedural Coverage)

Location: Midland, Michigan

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM-12:00 PM
• Clinic volume: ~2 patients/hour (varies by appointment length)

Clinical support

• Three nurses per shift
• Midwife available beginning in September to assist with call coverage

Scope of practice & procedures
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including:

• Vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Suction D&C
• Laparoscopy
• Tubal ligation
• Circumcisions
• Nonstress test (NST) interpretation

Systems

• EMR: Epic
• Dictation: Dragon

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within 5 years)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Recent case logs showing:
  • ≥50 deliveries in the past 12 months
  • ≥25 GYN procedures in the past 12 months
• Michigan medical license preferred; candidates in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) will be considered
