Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Fall River, MA (4-Day Week)

Join a well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Fall River, Massachusetts, and become part of a supportive, patient-centered Family Medicine practice. You’ll work alongside an experienced Family Medicine physician in an office-based setting that values continuity of care, collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance.

What the role looks like

• Full-time schedule is 36-40 hours/week, typically four days with Thursdays off - no nights or weekends.
• Part-time options (2-3 days/week) are available for qualified candidates.
• Outpatient family medicine focus, with physician supervision and an emphasis on team-based care.
• No on-call, evening, or weekend responsibilities.
• Immediate opening with expedited onboarding.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active Massachusetts NP or PA license, current DEA registration, and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
• Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Prior primary care experience is preferred, but recent graduates with excellent clinical training and confidence in patient management are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
