Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Quincy, MA | Family NP, Clinic + Telehealth, $130-165K

Join a mission-driven primary care team in Quincy, MA, where you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care and build lasting relationships with patients both in clinic and via telehealth. In this role you’ll deliver comprehensive, person-centered primary care, partner with an interdisciplinary team, and use innovative technology and a longitudinal care model to support individual and community wellness.

What you’ll bring

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one
• National NP certification
• 1-2+ years of clinical experience practicing as an NP in primary care or a related setting
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care
• Comfort using EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
