Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care in Andover, MA | Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Nights, Competitive Pay

Join a growing team delivering patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Andover, MA.

Location:

• Andover, Massachusetts (additional openings in IL, MI, NH, NC, OH, WI)

Schedule & Clinical Duties:

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically start between 7:00-10:00 AM
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Daily rounds, management of acute and chronic conditions, medication and treatment planning
• Use of streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation, and company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate for clinical decision support

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• National board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
