Practice environment

• 1:4 CRNA-to-anesthesiologist care-team model with consistent anesthesiologist support
• Adult patient population; no cardiac cases
• Daily Electrophysiology (EP) coverage
• Limited obstetrics exposure with potential for expansion
• Typical daily volume ranges from ~2 complex procedures to ~15 endoscopy cases

Key responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to maintain safe, high-quality care
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR

Qualifications

• NBCRNA certification
• Active Virginia license or eligibility for licensure
• 3-5 years of CRNA experience preferred
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Strong general anesthesia skills; spinal and epidural experience preferred
