Locum Urology Surgeon - Flexible PRN, $3,500/day, Rock Island/Bettendorf/Moline

We’re looking for a Locum Urology Surgeon (Board Certified or Board Eligible) to join a well-established, well-supported team in Rock Island, IL. This role is ideal if you want meaningful clinical work with excellent work-life balance - PRN, flexible scheduling, and predictable advance notice.

What you’ll do

• Provide acute adult urological care in a high-functioning, facility-based setting.
• Operate in the OR with block time allotted for surgical cases.
• Work alongside experienced urologists and full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Ensure continuity of care across outpatient clinics and inpatient services.

Where and when

• Primary hospital location: Rock Island, IL.
• Additional outpatient clinics: Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL - all within about a 15-minute commute.
• Flexible PRN schedule with shifts posted 90 days in advance.

Compensation and perks

• $3,500 per day (competitive, above-market daily/24-hour shift rate).
• All travel arrangements handled and booked by the group in addition to the per-shift rate.
• Professional liability and tail coverage provided.
• A dedicated locum consultant to assist with credentialing and scheduling.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active medical licenses in both Iowa and Illinois.
