BC/BE Urology Surgeon - Rock Island, IL (14-16 Days/Month, $549K, No Non-Compete)

Compensation

• Base salary: $549,000

Position summary

• Provide acute adult urological care in a facility-based setting.
• Perform surgical cases with allocated OR block time.
• Collaborate with a team of Urologists and full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Provide continuity of care across outpatient clinics and inpatient services.
• No billing or coding responsibilities; focus solely on patient care.
• No non-compete clause.

Schedule and locations

• Work schedule: 14-16 clinical days per month (schedule posted 90 days in advance).
• Primary hospital: Rock Island, IL.
• Outpatient clinics: Bettendorf, IA and Moline, IL (all within ~15 minutes).

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Urology.
• Active medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois.
