Part-Time Hybrid PMHNP (Pediatrics/Adolescents) - Up to $10k Sign-On, Flexible After-School Hours

We’re looking for a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in Sterling, Virginia. You’ll provide integrated, high-quality psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. This role is ideal if you want flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a real difference for patients and families.

What the schedule looks like

• 20 hours per week total (17 clinical + 3 administrative)
• Hybrid model: at least 10 clinical hours onsite, up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling to meet patient needs
• Must be available for a minimum of 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W2
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually
• Earn an additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond the base caseload

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure
• Active Virginia PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite for at least 10 clinical hours per week
• Flexibility to work after 4 PM ET and/or weekends
• Access to reliable technology (computer, phone, high-speed internet)
