Part-Time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Frederick, MD

Join an interdisciplinary team in Frederick, Maryland delivering integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults. Schedule and work model

• 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours
• Hybrid: minimum 10 clinical hours onsite; up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling to meet patient needs, with at least 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week, W-2)
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond base caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite at least 10 clinical hours per week and during after-school hours
• Reliable technology: personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet
