Hybrid PMHNP (Pediatrics/Young Adults) - $135-175K, Up to $10K Sign-On, Flexible/After-School Hybrid

Role summary
Provide full-time psychiatric care as part of an interdisciplinary team in Frederick, MD, serving children, adolescents, and young adults. Deliver integrated, evidence-based care with strong clinical support and flexible scheduling.

Schedule & work model

• 40 hours/week
• Hybrid: up to 3 days onsite weekly
• At least 15 hours required during after-school peak times (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)
• Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite per week; up to 7 clinical hours may be remote
• Administrative hours may be completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $135,000-$145,000
• Total earning potential: up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond base caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work at least 10 clinical hours onsite per week and be available during after-school hours
• Reliable personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet for remote work
