Join an independent CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT, delivering autonomous, full-scope anesthesia care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary campus.

Practice overview

• Independent CRNA model with strong collaborative relationships with physician partners
• Full-spectrum surgical coverage: orthopedics (including spine), general and robotic-assisted surgery, ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, and plastics
• No cardiac or obstetric cases

Facility highlights

• Hospital: 5 ORs, 36 inpatient beds, 10-bed open ICU, 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians
• Outpatient surgery center: 4 ORs and 1 endoscopy suite
• 2 catheterization labs
• Active regional post-op pain management program and an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol
• Call: 1:9; rare callbacks and occasional post-call day off

Qualifications
