Attending Physician - Hospitalist for Skilled Nursing (No Call, Flexible Schedule, Bonus & Relocation)

We’re looking for a full-time Attending Physician to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across the Lima, Ohio area. This role is a great fit for a physician who values clinical autonomy, enjoys working in a collaborative team-based model, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the health and quality of life of older adults. You’ll oversee the medical care of assigned residents, work closely with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and help lead quality initiatives - all without on-call or overnight duties.

What this role looks like

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling - no fixed start or end times.
• No call or overnight responsibilities.
• Serve as the attending physician for residents in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Partner with NPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive, team-based care and provide clinical oversight.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in programs like Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Emergency Medicine.
• Strong communicator with proven leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care to older adults.
