Part-Time Hospitalist NP/PA - Flexible Days, No Call, High Pay + $50K Retention Incentive

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, no on-call or overnight duties, and close collaboration with physicians and facility staff to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key details

• Part-time with flexible scheduling; six-hour facility shifts with rounds typically starting between 7:00-10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Average 15-20 patient visits per day
• Responsibilities include daily rounds, acute and chronic condition management, medication prescribing, and individualized treatment planning
• Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Company-provided iPad with LTE

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• NP board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or PA certification (NCCPA)
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
