BE/BC Hospitalist - 7-on/7-off in Great Falls, MT | Sign-on & Relocation Bonus

Join a physician-led inpatient team at a 36-bed acute care hospital in Great Falls, MT. Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist to provide high-quality, collaborative care with a predictable schedule and supportive resources.

Schedule and Practice

• Full-time, hospital-employed position
• 7-on/7-off schedule, days 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Average daily census ~15 patients
• Work alongside dedicated nocturnists, a Pulm/Critical Care physician, and an experienced NP working the same 7-on/7-off schedule
• 1:5 nursing ratio (adjusted by acuity)
• Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology support and a full panel of on-call specialists
• Robust EMR and efficient workflows
• Procedure experience preferred but not required

Hospital Features

• 36 inpatient beds, including a 10-bed open ICU
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians
• 2 cardiac cath lab suites
• 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit; 5 observation beds
• 5 ORs plus a 4 OR Surgery Center

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Montana medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience in hospital medicine; procedural skills preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
